Wine Country's technicians provide repairs, evaluations, and upgrades for all Prophets & Sequential Circuits instruments, and our warranty applies to any work performed and parts installed. Email us with your Serial number, your location, a brief description of your instrument's problems or issues & whether your instrument would ship in a box or roadcase. In response you will be emailed our Wine Country's Repairs & Service Procedures identifying your instrument by serial number along with instructions on how to proceed with its repair, as well as the amount of the deposit to be included with the instrument. Our turnaround time for repairs is currently 1 to 3 weeks.
Wine Country SEQUENTIAL will also recommend any applicable software & hardware upgrades, as well as identify any known reliability modifications missing from the electronics. You decide which recommended upgrades and modifications to incorporate after reviewing your options & costs. |
